Burd Haward Architects have been working with a developer to unlock the potential of a small infill site based in Kilburn. The proposal transforms a vacant derelict garage plot into 7no. high-quality sustainable new residential units.
Through thoughtful orientation and massing, the scheme successfully overcomes challenges of privacy and outlook to enhance the local streetscape and provide a variety of unit types and sizes, all double aspect with south-facing living and external amenity space.
