We are working with a developer to unlock the potential of a small infill site in Kilburn. Our proposal transforms a vacant derelict garage plot into 8 high-quality sustainable new residential units.
Through careful orientation and massing the scheme successfully overcomes challenges of privacy and outlook to enhance the local streetscape and provide a variety of unit types and sizes. All new apartments are double aspect with south-facing living spaces overlooking the street, have bedrooms at the rear and generous amenity spaces.
