A new family house on a sloping end of terrace plot in Croydon. The section is carefully arranged to give level access and three floors of accommodation. The volume and roof line respond to the proportions of neighbouring homes. The large exposed gable wall is broken down and subtly modelled with a new chimney stack that houses MVHR and vertical ductwork. Our involvement was taken to planning, and appeal only. The project was built out by subsequent purchasers of the plot, who appear to have followed our planning drawings pretty faithfully.
