Refurbishment and reconfiguration of an existing building to give a more rational arrangement and improved facilities. Externally, existing windows have been enlarged and render applied to existing brickwork in order to increase light levels, create a more coherent elevation and to give the site an overall identity. A rooflight was introduced in order to increase daylight and natural ventilation into the building.
