Upton Stage F & G, Northampton 2007
Competition winning bid for 375 homes at Upton, an English Partnerships led project on the outskirts of Northampton. Working with HTA and Bellway, we have developed the design of the 'High Street' area providing 90 homes, live work units and a nursery school.
