Competition winning bid for 600-home first phase of Rochester Riverside, a flagship development on the Thames Gateway. Working with HTA, Crest Nicholson and Bioregional Quintain the scheme will be developed as a 'One Planet' living community, an exemplar of sustainable urban design.
